You Have:
- 1+ years of experiencesupporting knowledge management, information management, records management, or business operations within a government, military, or corporate environment
- 1+ years of experienceorganizing, maintaining, and improving digital repositories, collaboration platforms, or document management systems such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or Confluence
- Experience using Microsoft SharePoint
- Knowledge of knowledge management principles, information lifecycle management, taxonomy development, metadata, and document governance best practices
- Ability to develop and maintain artifacts such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), templates, and workflows, that improve information-sharing and organizational efficiency
- Ability to analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve collaboration, knowledge capture, retrieval, and dissemination across teams
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting the Department of War
- Knowledge of the U.S. Space Force
- TS/SCI clearance
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
