You Have:

• 5+ years of experiencewith systems engineering lifecycle processes

• Experiencedeveloping or interpreting core SysML diagrams, including Req, UC, ACT, SEQ, BDD, or IBD, to support internal team reviews

• Knowledge ofSysML fundamentals, including requirements, behavior, structure, and parameters

• Knowledge ofMBSE within the digital engineering ecosystem, including relationships between SE models, software development, PLM, ontology, and digital thread concepts

• Ability tosupport conceptualization, development, testing, and deployment of engineered systems

• Ability toopen, navigate, and review SysML system models such as MagicDraw or Cameo, including navigating model hierarchies and diagram interconnections

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or Physical Science

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencewith MBSE tools such as MagicDraw or Cameo, Teamwork Cloud, Cameo Collaborator, or Enterprise Architect

• Experienceapplying advanced SysML, UAF, UPDM, or DoDAF modeling techniques, including model maturation for client reviews

• Experienceintegrating MBSE models with simulation, analysis, CI/CD, or software development workflows

• Ability tolead or mentor team members on digital engineering methods, model quality, and ecosystem alignment

• MBSE or SysML Certificationsuch as OCSMP, INCOSE ASEP, or INCOSE CSEP Certification
