As an aerospace modeling and simulation (M&S)engineer, you know leading-edge technology is critical to national defense. As an aerospace M&S engineer on our aerospace team, you’ll provide expertise in evaluating new technologies, performing risk assessments, and improving the design of aerospace systems. Your experiencein M&S is key and makes you an integral part of delivering a client-focused solution.

In this role, you’ll contribute to the direction of mission-critical solutions by evaluating, improving, and designing leading-edge aerospace technology. You’ll work with a large community of aerospace solutions engineers across the company and collaborate with engineers and clients to deliver world-class solutions to design, model, and simulate a tactical next-generation broker service to specifications and performance requirements. Your engineering knowledge will help the Air Force expand and improve their capabilities to share information across multiple sources at different enclaves.

You Have:

• Experiencewith scenario development and performing analytical assessments of cross-domain or communications systems
• Experiencewith a variety of COTS and GOTS M&S and data science tools, including MATLAB, C++, Perl, or Python, to manipulate data between different formats and perform post-processing of data
• Knowledge ofcross-domain or communications systems, including aircraft and ground-based communications
• Ability toapply operational analysis principles, theories, and concepts to execute study plans and analysis matrices
• Ability totravel up to 25% of the time
• Ability toobtain a Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degreein a STEM field

Nice If You Have:

• Experiencedeveloping Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM)scripts to customize model behaviors and decisions within an analytical scenario
• Experiencewith scenario development and performing analytical assessments of cross-domain or communications systems using mission-level constructive simulation tools, including AFSIM, Extendable Mobile Ad-hoc Network Emulator (EMANE), Tactical Network Modeler (TNM), or Common Open Research Emulator (CORE)
• Ability toanalyze large amounts of raw model output to identify key drivers
• Ability todistill, summarize, and articulate complex technical insights and findings
• TS/SCI clearance
