As a back-end developer at Booz Allen, you’ll use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver solutions. You Have:
- 5+ years of experiencebuilding software solutions for implementation within secure government cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure, AWS, and GCP
- 5+ years of experienceimplementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)using Terraform
- 5+ years of experiencewith configuration management using Git in a team setting
- 3+ years of experiencewith Golang programming
- Experiencedesigning and automating the provisioning of cloud resources and IaC tools
- Experiencewith containerization, including Kubernetes
- Knowledge ofnetwork technologies, including routing, load balancing, and TLS
- Top Secret clearance
- HS diploma or GEDand 8+ years of experiencewith software engineering, or Bachelor's degreeand 4+ years of experiencewith software engineering
- Ability toobtain a DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certificationwithin 30 days of hire date
Nice If You Have:
- Experienceusing Bazel
- Experience with Kubernetes operator patterns and design, including creating controllers and custom resource definitions (CRDs)
- Experiencewith Terragrunt
- Experience with CNCF projects such as Envoy, Fluentd, Flux, and Prometheus
- Experienceassisting with implementing and developing Azure policiesor AWS Service Control policies
- TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
