The Opportunity:
Serve on a part-time flex schedule as a key member of the administrative support team overseeing office operations, vendor coordination, facilities management, asset accountability, and business support functions to maintain an efficient workplace. Manage relationships with local vendors for general maintenance, air conditioning service, trash removal, and scheduled cleaning while partnering with the invoicing team and rental agency to ensure accurate billing, payment processing, and facility maintenance. Oversee office supply replenishment, including printer paper, ink, coffee, cups, and cleaning materials, and maintain accountability for company assets such as IT equipment and peripherals, to include coordination of periodic collection and disposal of retired electronics. Serve as the company administrator for the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system and assist local projects with contractor travel authorization management. Serve as the local custodian for access credentials by issuing and tracking smart cards, YubiKeys, and hardware authentication tokens. Coordinate scheduling, reservations, and logistical support for conference rooms, shared office spaces, and off-site venues to ensure seamless operations.
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, or business operations
- Experience with administrative support including international relocation or repatriation and vendor services
- Knowledge of general office operations, supply management practices, and workplace maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of travel authorization processes or administrative support to travel programs
- Ability to track, issue, and maintain accountability of office assets, IT equipment, and access credentials
- Ability to coordinate vendor services, managing facility maintenance requirements, and supporting invoicing or payment processing workflows
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to clearly communicate and coordinate requirements with internal staff, external vendors, and geographically dispersed teams
- HS diploma or GED
- Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
