As a software sustainment engineer at Booz Allen, you’ll have an operational impact from day one. With a team of professionals, you’ll maintain applications and keep systems working. You and your team will use programming and scripting languages as you continuously enhance and maintain the applications, troubleshoot any issues that arise operationally, and upgrade the systems to meet security requirements.

You Have:
5+ years of experiencedeveloping applications using Canvas and model-driven apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and SharePoint Online to automate workflows and business processes
Experiencere-writing and re-engineering custom legacy applications to PowerApps solutions
Experiencewith Agile methodology for software development
Experiencewith tools such as Jira or Visual Studio, and SQL Server databases
Ability toestablish effective working relationships, collaborate with a team, and deliver solid results in a demanding work environment
Ability tocomprehend business requirements, provide technical solutions, and follow development best practices throughout the software development lifecycle
Ability toeffectively communicate proposed designs, solutions, and progress to customers, team leads, and team members

Bachelor's degreein a CS field
PL-400 Power Platform Developer Associate or MS600 Certification
Nice If You Have:
Experiencewith Copilot or otherAI tools
Experiencecreating analytics using Power Query and DAX in Power BI

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
