The Opportunity:
Research and negotiate major organizational contracts and procurements. Apply specific functional knowledge, including working or general industry knowledge. Develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Work independently with some guidance, and review or guide activities of more junior employees.
You Have:
- Experience supporting vendor sourcing, purchase orders, contract negotiations, and procurement tracking
- Ability to maintain accurate records and pay strict attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experiencein procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations, or Master's degreeand 1+ years of experiencein procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations
Nice If You Have:
- Experience procuring technology, hardware, software, or engineering services
- Experience with Ivalua, Jira suite, including JPD, or similarproject and financial management tools
- Experience leveraging technology, automation, and AI tools to streamline procurement processes, develop tracking solutions, and improve operational efficiency
- Experience supporting broader program management activities, including financial reporting, spend planning, and programmatic data calls
- Knowledge of government contracting and FAR requirements
- Ability to collect, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple sources to support management reporting and decision-making
- Possession of strong organizational skills
- Possession of strong communication and coordination skills, across vendors and internal stakeholders

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
