Program Operations Lead

As a leader on our team, you’ll oversee the development of an overall picture of your client’s currentstructure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You’ll lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders and engineers, analysts, and othersupport staff that will help your team identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will advise U.S. Army senior leadership on a path forward.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experienceworking in military headquarters or policyenvironments
• Experiencein a military, civil service, or government contractor role
• Experiencecoordinating actions and initiatives across multiple organizations or stakeholders
• Experiencepreparing senior leaders for meetings, briefings, and decisions
• Experiencedeveloping staff products, including memos, decision papers, and reports
• Experiencewith Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
• Ability totrack and manage tasks to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, and synthesize complex information into concise and actionable recommendations
• Ability toprioritize competing requirements
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

• Experiencein project management or as a staff officer
• Knowledge oforganizational hierarchy and decision-making processes
• Knowledge ofstaff processes, task management systems, and organizational policycompliance
• Ability tobe adaptable in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
• Possession ofexcellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Master's degreein a related field
• Project Management or Change Management Certification
