Project Control Analyst

As a Project Control Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for moderate-to-large-sized programs and organizations. You’ll perform detailed financial and program control activities, including assisting with budgeting, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle support. You’ll analyze budgets, support authorizing budgetexpenditures, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations. You’ll prepare the cost-to-complete, including supporting estimates and contract deliverables, responding to contract and program data calls, and participating in contract terms and conditions and statement of work reviews. You’ll also prepare detailed financial program management reviews, provide a status of key performance metrics for the company, anticipate and respond to customer needs, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experiencein contracting and program or project financial management
• Experience with financial management of subcontractors and generating invoice details and back-up
• Experience briefing financial recommendations to a program team or leadership
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis
• Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements while working with dispersed teams
• Ability to learn and teach fundamentals relatedto the support of unique product-based program and financial or execution management activities
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in program cost control or financial planning and analysis support for government contracts
• Experience in management of programs associated with product manufacturing
• Knowledge of FAR, federal budgetprocess, and funds management
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, respond to directed assignments, think analytically, and comprehend the financial implications of the business
• Ability to proactively identify, research, and solve financial problems
• Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends and discuss and resolve administrative and financial issues with a team effectively
