Release Train Engineer

We need an experienced Release Train Engineer (RTE)like you to lead technical teams and Agile releases. We’re looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by delivery mission outcomes.
In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to develop and release mission supporting services. You’ll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to guide the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
- 8+ years of experienceperforming as a Scrum Master, RTE, Agile coach, or business analyst in an Agile environment
- 5+ years of experiencefacilitating Agile events in SAFe
- Experiencewith Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence to manage teams, tasks, events, and outcomes
- Experiencecommunicating with product owners, managers, and development teams
- Knowledge ofvarious Agile frameworks and methodologies
- Ability toapply critical thinking to data analytics, metrics, or impediments, and provide recommended solutions
- Ability todeliver results across multiple development teams and work streams
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

- Experiencebriefing senior military or government officials
- Knowledge ofAWS and Azure cloud services
- SAFe RTE, Scrum, or Agilist Certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
