This role is more than just coding. As a lead full stack developer at Booz Allen, you’ll oversee a team as they learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You’ll help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies. You’ll make sure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.

You Have:
- Experience architecting and implementing high-throughput, low latency acceleration pipelines utilizing FPGAs, including RLT or HLS, or GPUs, including CUDA or HIP
- Experience with C++, Python, or Docker
- Experience with SystemVerilog, Verilog, or VHDL for FPGA, or C/C++ for HLS
- Experience with AMD Vivado, Vitis, or Intel Quartus Prime
- Experience integrating high-speed IPs such as PCIe Gen 4/5, DDR4/5, HBM, or 100G Ethernet
- Knowledge of GPU microarchitecture, including warp or wavefront schedulers, shared memory utilization, and occupancy optimization
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience with software engineering, or 24+ years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
