Space Operations Planner

The Opportunity:

With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to manage and disseminate data to provide clients with the most relevantinformation available. If you have excellent analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to help enhance security of U.S. interests in the PACOM AOR.

As an expert in space operations, your unique skill set inspires you to think bigger, push further, and ask questions others don’t. We need your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to help solve some of our clients’ most complex problems and find solutions that keep our nation safe. You will provide information necessary to support real-world space operations that focus on potential and evolving threats. You will leverage your knowledge ofspace control systems as you interact with multiple agencies to develop strategic roadmaps for your client’s growing mission. Your experiencein developmental programs will ensure your client stays on the cutting edge of space operations to achieve far-reaching objectives.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experiencedeveloping Concepts of Operation (CONOPs), integrating space capabilities into operations, or Space Survey Analysis in support of plans, exercises, and operational decision-making

• 3+ years of experienceplanning, developing, and integrating developmental programs

• Ability tosynthesize complex data, anticipate operational and strategic challenges, and communicate complicated options to senior decision-makers

• TS/SCI clearance

• HS diploma or GEDand 9+ years of experienceplanning military operations, Associate’s degreeand 7+ years of experienceplanning military operations, or Bachelor’s degreeand 3+ years of experienceplanning military operations

Nice If You Have:

• Experienceplanning military exercises for full-spectrum operations, coordinating, synchronizing, and executing requirements, and developing after-action reports

• Experiencewith Army Space Control systems and targeting processes

• Experienceas a Space Operations Specialist

• Experiencein a military service

• Experiencein Multi-Domain Operations

• Knowledge ofspace operations, space control, space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), satellite communications, and environmental monitoring

• Master’s degreein STEM

• Completion ofthe Army Space Cadre Course

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.
