Targeting Systems Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a Target Systems Analyst on our team, you’ll developintelligence products and analytical assessments that study the complexity of adversarial systems within the USEUCOM AOR. Using your understanding of the adversary, you’ll support MILCAP-relatedissues with a specific focus on either target system analysis, target development, or otherall-source analytical work relatedto applying specific analytical methodologies to system analysis. You’ll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for clients and policymakers.

You Have:
- 5+ years of experienceas an all-source military capabilities analyst
- Experienceworking with multiple intelligence agencies and elements to drive operational objectives
- ExperienceFusing multi-intelligence products to support operational demand
- Experienceproducing and presenting intelligence products to senior leaders
- Experienceworking with intelligence disciplines and associated data and tools, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and partner reporting
- Knowledge ofanalytic tradecraft, including critical thinking and structured analysis
- Experienceapplying data-enabled and technical solutions to analytic products, including using data analysis tools such as Excel, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SQL, or PowerBI, to drive analytic insights
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree

- Experienceworking with Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED)or exposure to PED center

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
