Trainer and Customer Enablement Specialist
The Opportunity:
Lead a team of trainers to develop and deliver a variety of training programs to live audiences for law enforcement mission clients. Provide stand-up classroom instruction or virtual instruction based on needs. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Analyze training needs and provide tailored training plans and content for large law enforcement clients.
You Have:
4+ years of experiencein a professional work environment
Experienceconducting virtual and in-person training to prepare users to accomplish maximum retention and minimize retraining
Ability totravel up to 1 week per month to CONUS locations
Ability todevelop, establish, document, and conduct IT knowledge enhancement training for all users
Ability todevelop content for creating training plans, computer-based training and training materials
Ability toobtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
