Quality In-Process Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage in-process quality control activities across production lines.
• Monitor, audit, and evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures, inspection protocols, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain) to resolve quality issues and drive process improvements.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare and present quality performance reports to management.
• Support root cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives for non-conformance issues.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and maintain records in line with ISO and industry standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality assurance or In- process, process control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing teams or projects.
• Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement .presentation skills ,Outstanding
• Proficient use of all statistical and analytical methods and tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 6-sixma,8D) and negotiations skills.
• Good experience in KAIZEN, Continuous Improvement Process, QCC.
• Multi-tasking skills, independent and highly responsible, proactive, good presentation skills, Outstanding
• Excellent organizational and leadership communication skills.
• Fluent in English, able to write, read and speak, international contact and travel is required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and leadership communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills, defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusion effectively
• Statistical tools (SPC, 7 QC tools, 6-sigma tools, etc.).
• Verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external customers

• Effective presentation skills to respond to questions from Customers

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
