• Digital Supply Chain Specialist (Customer Service & Logistics Interface) for OE - Block Channel
• who will contribute to a modern, customer-centric support hub within Bosch Mobility Aftermarket. The role combines hands-on customer support, process execution, and digital enablement to ensure high-quality service across multiple support channels while supporting process optimization and automation initiatives. Work closely with customers and support colleagues, process experts, and cross-functional partners in an increasingly AI-driven environment, using digital tools, analytics, and structured problem-solving to improve response quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role requires a strong customer-first mindset, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and a continuous improvement attitude to help shape future-ready digital customer support operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience: 5-9 Years

• 5-9 years of professional experience in Customer Supply Chain, Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Logistics Interface, Supply Chain Operations, or a similar customer-facing supply chain function.
• Experience working with SAP SD and customer order fulfillment processes, including order management, delivery coordination, inventory management, logistics coordination, and customer communication.
• Experience in driving digitalization, process automation, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives within Supply Chain or Customer Service.
• Strong understanding of customer service processes, supply chain planning, logistics operations, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing, and Transportation teams.
• Experience working with service KPIs, OTIF, Order Fulfillment, Lead Time, Backorder Management, Inventory, Customer Satisfaction, and operational dashboards.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot, or similar digital productivity tools.
• Exposure to automation technologies such as Automation Anywhere A360, UiPath, n8n, or similar RPA/workflow automation platforms is an advantage.
• Knowledge of EDI/API integrations, low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems, and workflow management tools is desirable.
• Basic understanding of AI-enabled solutions, Copilot, LLM-based applications, chatbot technologies, or Python-based automation to support digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in global cross-functional teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage customer expectations, prioritize critical issues, and deliver high-quality service.
• Experience working in an international or regional supply chain/customer service environment will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar collaboration tools is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Advanced knowledge of End to End Supply Chain Operations (Order Management, Demand Planning and Warehouse and Transportation management) Advance knowledge of digital tool sets (E.g. Power BI, RPA, Tableau etc.).
• Strong communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to work effectively with dashboards and digital tracking tools.
• Stakeholder management - Customers - internal teams- LSPs.
• Demonstrates a proactive mindset and strong ownership behavior. Effectively manages time, including availability during late hours for customer calls. Shows problem-solving skills and coordinates with transporters to ensure on-time shipment delivery as agreed.
• Advanced project management and analytical skills for decision-making and risk management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for internal, external, and stakeholder interactions
• Proficient in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office tools.
