The Brand & Communications Technician is responsible for building, protecting, and amplifying the Bosch brand in Angola. This role combines strategic brand thinking with hands-on execution, from defining visual identity standards to managing social media, coordinating campaigns, and managing partner branding. You will be the guardian of how Bosch looks, sounds, and feels across every customer touchpoint in Angola.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Design, or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English
• 2-4 years of experience in brand management, marketing communications, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Solid understanding of brand management principles and visual identity systems.
• Experience in a multinational or B2B/B2C brand environment.
• Knowledge of the Angolan media landscape and digital ecosystem.
• Experience with influencer marketing and PR.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar design tools.
• Experience using CMS platforms for website management.
• Preferential skills: project management, cross-functional collaboration, brand ownership and digital savvy.
