  • Du gestaltest die Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP S/4HANA im Controlling aktiv mit.
  • Zudem übernimmst du eigenständig oder unterstützend betriebswirtschaftliche Projekte und wirkst an der Optimierung von Reporting- und Controlling-Prozessen mit.
  • Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse, unterstützt die Budgetplanung sowie Forecasts und führst Abweichungsanalysen nach IFRS und lokalen Standards durch.
  • Als Ansprechperson für Management, Fachbereiche und operative Einheiten bereitest du Kennzahlen verständlich auf und leistest einen wichtigen Beitrag zu betriebswirtschaftlichen Entscheidungen.
  • Nicht zuletzt begleitest du die Weiterentwicklung bestehender SAP-R/3-Strukturen hin zu modernen Daten- und Reporting-Lösungen.
  • Ausbildung: abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Erfahrungen und Know-how: mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines Industrieunternehmens; Projekterfahrung im ERP-Umfeld, idealerweise mit SAP S/4HANA oder SAP R/3, sowie sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse mit Schwerpunkt CO/FI, BW und SAC; sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere MS Excel und MS PowerPoint
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du gehst komplexe Aufgaben analytisch und lösungsorientiert an; dabei arbeitest du eigenständig, zuverlässig und mit hoher Eigeninitiative; mit deiner klaren Kommunikation und deiner offenen Art trägst du zu einer erfolgreichen Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit anderen Fachbereichen bei
  • Begeisterung: Freude an digitalen Controlling-Prozessen und ein hohes Interesse an IT-Themen
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
