Your contribution to something big:
- Support the implementation and development of Bosch Production System (BPS) principles and standards across the manufacturing area;
- Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) and Kaizen activities to improve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery;
- Understand the current physical process and align it with S/4 Hana System and identify improvements between physical and informatic process;
- Support in the implementation of AI for S/4 HANA System;
- Support in the identification and structure to automate manual steps in the system.
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Mechanical Engineering, Management, or a related field;
- Experience in data analytics and continuous improvement;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power BI and basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies;
- Good communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken;
- Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving;
- Interest in working close to the shopfloor and operational processes.
