We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Driver to join our dynamic team in Houston, United States. In this role, you'll be an essential part of our warehouse and logistics operations, seamlessly managing both warehouse responsibilities and vehicle operations. You'll ensure the safe and efficient movement of goods while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and customer service. Your contributions will directly impact our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction, and we're committed to supporting your success every step of the way.

  • Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport warehouse goods and materials to designated locations while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals, minimize fuel consumption, and maximize operational efficiency
  • Load, unload, and secure cargo according to established safety protocols and company standards, ensuring cargo integrity during transport
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and inventory transactions
  • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and report them promptly to management
  • Communicate effectively and transparently with warehouse staff, management, and customers regarding delivery status, delays, and any operational concerns
  • Organize and arrange cargo strategically within the vehicle to maximize space utilization and prevent damage during transport
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle interior and exterior at all times
  • Assist with warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock organization, and material handling as needed
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety protocols and maintain an accident-free driving record through consistent adherence to company policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
  • Adapt to changing priorities and operational challenges with resilience and a positive attitude
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proven experience operating various types of vehicles and warehouse equipment
  • Strong proficiency in time management and route planning
  • Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skill set
  • Comprehensive knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling procedures
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly (up to 50 pounds)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams and customers
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and accident-free driving practices
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in managing operational challenges
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting delivery schedules and warehouse deadlines
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency with written and verbal instructions
  • Professional demeanor and appearance standards
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain one (preferred, depending on vehicle type)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and GPS navigation tools (preferred)
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one (preferred)
  • Experience with inventory management systems (preferred)
  • Other duties as assigned by management
