Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising - Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. RBAI also produces products for eMobility like MCU (Motor control Unit), C-Box (Communication Box), VCUs (Vehicle Control Unit), Central gateway modules and is geared up for other futuristic products. Support and establish target cost models and financial simulations for product development teams in early design phases which leads to proactive cost control and cost avoidance

Perform and optimize greenfield and brownfield cost calculations for purchasing and sourcing teams which leads to enhanced cost competitiveness

Evaluate and translate technical changes into cost impacts and challenge supplier pricing for cross-functional stakeholders and purchasing teams which leads to cost transparency and cost reduction

Drive and enable process automation and data accuracy improvements for cost engineering teams which leads to real-time decision-making and achievement of digitalization targets.

Evaluate and standardize cost analysis methods for the semiconductor division which leads to efficiency improvement and consistent cost evaluation practices

B.E (Electrical & Electronics /Electronics & Communication)

3-5 Years of Experience in automotive industry or relevant experience
