Jaipur Plant is the fourth manufacturing Plant, set-up in India in the year 1999. We are a Powertrain Solutions (PS) Plant which is known for it's operational excellence. We are a Lead Plant for two products, namely; VE Pump (Diesel Fuel Injection Pump) and Nozzle Holder Assembly (both are diesel intrinsic components).

The purpose of this position is to ensure timely production fulfillment to meet customer demands.

Logistics Planning: Record, consolidate and transmit the demands from customers to PPC planners. Liaise with customers to provide a supply commitment, report after delivery fulfilment and notify to mangers in the case of any deviations. WIP inventory & Type wise production fulfilment.

Relationship Management: Co-ordinate with the manufacturing and PPC planners to ensure

timely receipt of finished goods.Type wise production fulfilment.

Digitalization: Implement digital projects to have an error free operations. Logistics maturity Index.

Compliance Management: Manage commercial processes to be legally compliant with internal guidelines Viz: OMP (Bosch India) central directives and external laws namely foreign trade customs and taxation laws.Adhering to standards and no deviations in Audits

Education: Bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial production)

Experience: 2 - 4 years work experience in handling order management and handling customers

Knowledge:

• Production planning knowledge and understanding of lean concept
• Competent knowledge of inventory (finished goods)
• Competent knowledge of lean manufacturing like BPS or TPS
• Advanced knowledge of operations management, standing orders, Bosch Code of business conduct and related statutes
• Experience of Handling Manpower (Contract Labours), Quality Tools

Functional Skills:

• Competent skills in ERP, SAP, material management, production planning & sales distribution modules
• Competent communication skills (English and local language)
