Role Overview

As part of the Human Resources team, you will contribute to initiatives that strengthen Bosch's position as an employer of choice, enhance talent attraction, and create meaningful engagement with students, graduates, and professionals.
You will gain hands-on experience in employer branding, digital communications, talent attraction, campus engagement, and project coordination within a global technology organization. Working closely with HR colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to turn creative ideas into impactful campaigns, showcase the Bosch employee experience, and contribute to initiatives that support our talent pipeline and future workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding & Content Creation
- Support the planning and execution of employer branding initiatives and campaigns across digital platforms, in alignment with Bosch's established strategy and direction.
- Create engaging content and recruitment marketing materials, including social media posts, employee stories, recruitment videos, and other branding collaterals to showcase Bosch's culture and career opportunities.
- Stay updated on social media and employer branding trends, conducting research and proposing creative ideas to enhance ongoing initiatives.
Digital Communications & Campaign Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance, compile relevant metrics, and provide insights to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain employer branding resources, content calendars, and marketing collaterals to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
Campus Engagement & Talent Attraction
- Support the planning and execution of campus engagement initiatives, career fairs, and recruitment events to strengthen Bosch's presence among students and graduates.
- Assist in developing engaging activities and materials to showcase Bosch's culture and career opportunities, while supporting initiatives that strengthen the talent pipeline, including internship programs, graduate opportunities, and university partnerships.
- Coordinate event logistics, outreach materials, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth execution.
- Support additional projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)

Education & Background
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
Experience & Expertise
- Prior experience in content creation, social media management, video editing, event coordination, or relevant school projects would be an added advantage.
- Familiar with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, with demonstrated interest in current content and digital marketing trends.
- Comfortable using content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms for graphic design and video editing.
Core Competencies & Skills
- Creative and curious, with a strong interest in employer branding, talent attraction, storytelling, and digital communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions and levels.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks, coordinate timelines, and follow through on project deliverables.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
