A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: Degrees in IT, Science, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Experience: 1 year minimum in manufacturing or logistics.
- Project Management: Key player or familiar with project management.
- Communication Skills: Strong in both written and spoken English (TOEIC ≥ 550 is a plus) and Thai.
- Team Collaboration: Skilled in organizing effective meetings with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Flexible and open to regular changes.
- Mindset: Systematic thinker with a can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for lifelong learning.
Your Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Handle project coordination and administrative tasks.
- SAP S/4HANA Rollout: Play a crucial role in the rollout project at Amata Plant.
- Communication Plan: Develop and execute communication plans for project updates and status reports.
- Organizational Change Management: Coordinate OCM efforts at Amata Plant.
- Authorization Management: Manage authorizations within the plant.
- Ad-Hoc Duties: Take on additional tasks as needed.
