JD:

Team OTD is looking for a driven Mid-Level Full Stack Developer (3-6 years experience) to join our team. We focus on developing robust Industrial Solutions that involve complex AI/Data Science Models and require high Scalability and Performance.

Required Tech Stack

- Front-end: Next.js (Mandatory, focusing on performance and SSR)

- Back-end: NestJS or Golang (Preference for one, focusing on high performance and Scalability)

- Primary Language: TypeScript/JavaScript

- Databases: Proficiency with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis)

Role and Responsibilities

1. Front-end Development & Data Visualization

Develop and maintain high-performance Front-end website architecture using Next.js.

Ensure application Responsiveness and high usability in various industrial settings.

Collaborate with the Data Science team to effectively display and allow interaction with AI/ML Model results and insights.

2. Back-end, AI Integration, and Data Management

Develop and maintain High-performance Back-end web applications using NestJS or Golang built for scale.

Design, develop, and document high-efficiency APIs to handle large data loads and facilitate seamless integration with AI/Data Science Models.

Set up and manage databases, leveraging expertise in both SQL and NoSQL technologies for optimal data storage and retrieval.

3. Code Quality, Scalability, and Process

Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code using TypeScript/JavaScript, adhering to high engineering standards.

Perform thorough testing and oversee the deployment process for reliable, production-ready systems.

Own projects from conception through to the finished product, with a strong focus on Scalability, Performance, and long-term maintainability.

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices relevant to web application development and AI/ML integration.

4. Highly Considered Skills (DevOps & Cloud)

(Plus) Foundational understanding or practical experience with DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes).

(Plus) Basic experience utilizing Cloud Services (AWS or Azure) related to computing, networking, or managed database services, demonstrating readiness to scale applications.

Qualifications and Experience

- 3-6 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development, preferably utilizing the required JavaScript/TypeScript stack.

- Strong commitment to learning new technologies and continuously improving code quality.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams (e.g., Data Science, Operations).
