What We’re Looking For:

We are open to candidates with both commercial and technical backgrounds, valuing diverse expertise and perspectives across different professional fields.

• Your Background:

• In case of commercial field: A degree in business, economics, IT, or a related field provides a strong foundation for success
• In case of technical field: A degree in engineering (mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, or industrial) sets you up for success

• Specialization:

• In case of commercial focus: business, economics, IT, or a related field provides a strong foundation for success
• In case of technical focus: Experience in production is a plus and will help you shine

• Communication Skills: You should be comfortable using English, both written and spoken - let your voice be heard
• Experience: Whether you’re a fresh graduate or have up to 4 years of experience, we want to hear from you
• Leadership Mindset: If you have a strategic approach and a passion for leading, you’re just the person we’re looking for
