Lead Product Manager for MyComputer (f/m)

As Lead Product Manager for MyComputer, you will shape one of the largest digital workplace products within Bosch Digital. MyComputer supports hundreds of thousands of users worldwide through a global ecosystem of internal teams and external service providers.

Your decisions will directly influence employee experience, business continuity, operational performance, supplier effectiveness, and financial outcomes. This is an opportunity to lead a product with global reach and help transform how workplace technology is planned, delivered, and continuously improved across Bosch.

Your role

You will have end-to-end responsibility for the strategy, performance, and lifecycle of MyComputer. Acting as the central point of product accountability, you will connect customer needs, business priorities, operational realities, supplier capabilities, and technical considerations.

A key focus of the role will be establishing forward-looking product planning assumptions that support lifecycle, sourcing, investment, and portfolio decisions.

You will also contribute to strengthening Product Management practices across End Device Products by sharing expertise, promoting effective approaches, and supporting greater consistency across the organization.

What you will do:

Define and evolve the product

• Set and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into valuable product outcomes.
• Prioritize initiatives based on user value, business impact, operational feasibility, risk, and cost.
• Develop planning assumptions to support medium-term and long-term lifecycle, demand, sourcing, investment, and portfolio decisions.
• Lead product evolution initiatives, including service modernization, automation, sourcing strategies, and hardware lifecycle optimization.

Drive performance and customer value

• Define meaningful product KPIs and use them to measure adoption, service quality, operational performance, and value realization.
• Monitor product performance, planning assumptions, and forecast accuracy.
• Analyze deviations and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
• Promote a consistent, high-quality user experience across global markets and organizational units.
• Balance customer value with total cost of ownership, operational efficiency, and business priorities.

Lead through collaboration

• Build alignment across business, technology, finance, operations, procurement, and service organizations.
• Coordinate decisions and delivery in a global matrix environment.
• Create clarity around priorities, responsibilities, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
• Work effectively with teams across different cultures and time zones.
• Support the development of Product Management capabilities and shared practices across End Device Products.

Steer partners and commercial outcomes

• Manage relationships with internal partners and external service providers.
• Contribute to sourcing initiatives, supplier governance, commercial steering, and contract-related decisions.
• Evaluate scenarios and make informed trade-offs between customer demand, operational constraints, supplier capabilities, risk, and financial targets.
• Help ensure benchmark-level service quality and cost efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.

Required qualifications

• Experience managing complex products or services across their lifecycle, including strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and performance management.
• Ability to identify customer problems and translate them into clear product outcomes and actionable plans.
• Experience defining and using product KPIs to support decision-making and value realization.
• Strong business understanding, including the ability to evaluate risks, investments, costs, and strategic trade-offs.
• Experience building alignment and driving progress across multiple teams without relying on direct reporting relationships.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders from business, technology, finance, operations, procurement, or service delivery.
• A structured, data-informed approach to planning, forecasting, and performance improvement.
• Ability to work effectively in a global environment and coordinate activities across different cultures and time zones.
• Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital workplace, employee experience, enterprise technology, platform products, or IT services.
• Knowledge of workplace devices, endpoint management, device lifecycle management, or related service environments.
• Experience with supplier management, sourcing initiatives, commercial steering, or contract governance.
• Understanding of enterprise operating models, financial management, or governance structures.
• Experience using reporting, analytics, or automation to improve services and product performance.
• A university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Training or certification in Product Management, IT Service Management, Agile ways of working, or business management.
• Working knowledge of German.
