Wie hängen Viskosität, Rheologie und Oberflächenqualität mit den Verlusten in elektrischen Antrieben zusammen? In dieser Masterarbeit untersuchst du die Wechselwirkungen zwischen Schmierstoff, Zahnradkontakten und dem thermischen Haushalt eines e-Drive-Systems.

  • Du analysierst den Einfluss von Viskosität und Rheologie des Schmierstoffs auf die Verluste von Zahnrädern und Lagern in elektrischen Antrieben.
  • Dabei untersuchst du die Wechselwirkungen zwischen den Schmierstoffeigenschaften und dem thermischen Haushalt des gesamten e-Drive-Systems.
  • Mithilfe von TEHD-Simulationen bewertest du den Einfluss der Oberflächenqualität von Zahnradkontakten.
  • Unter Berücksichtigung des thermischen Zustands des Systems bestimmst du eine optimale Viskosität und Rheologie des Schmierstoffs in Abhängigkeit von der Oberflächenqualität der Zahnräder.
  • Für die Analyse nutzt du TEHD-Simulationen und verfügbare thermische Methoden innerhalb der FVA.
  • Ausbildung: Masterstudium im Bereich Elektromobilität, Maschinenbau, Computational Engineering oder vergleichbar mit sehr guten Studienleistungen
  • Erfahrung und Know-how: in Matlab oder Python; Kenntnisse in Simulation und mathematischer Modellierung
  • Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: dir gelingt es, Aufgaben diszipliniert und zuverlässig anzugehen
  • Arbeitsalltag: deine Präsenz vor Ort ist erforderlich
  • Sprachen: sehr gutes Englisch und gutes Deutsch

Beginn: nach Absprache

Dauer: 6 Monate
