- Provide on-site technical support for production lines, ensuring that PLCs, robots, and automation systems work reliably with minimum downtime;
- Focus on troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement;
- Diagnose and solve failures in PLCs, robots, sensors, drives, etc.;
- Support production during incidents & reduce downtime;
- Analyze root causes and ensure permanent fixes;
- Modify PLC programs (logic adjustments, improvements);
- Adjust or reprogram robots for new requirements or optimizations;
- Improve cycle times or reliability;
- Propose and implement process improvements;
- Support line upgrades or changes;
- Support operators and maintenance team.
- Technician or Degree in Automation / Mechatronics / Electronics / Industrial Engineering
- More than 2 years of experience in industrial automation;
- Experience with fault finding in real production;
- Experience in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams;
- Experience in PLC programming with Nexeed Platform;
- Experience in robot Stäubli programming;
- Experience with Beckhoff´s PLC;
- Experience in robot programming;
- Fluent English;
- Proactivity to act independently and flexible to adapt to different environments;
- Good communication skills and ability to think analytically;
- Able to work in cross-functional teams and international environment.
