Field Application Engineer (f/m/div.)

Support of product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations together with customers. You will support the company's regional organization and customer engagements, which will require global travel. The role involves providing consulting at customers and mentoring FAE team members.

• Support of product demonstrations, execution of pilot projects and evaluations together with customers
• Support the company's regional organization and customer engagements (will require global travel)
• Contribute to RTA software product trainings
• Provide second level of support (first via RTA hotline)
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of RTA Starter Kits
• Participate to events, publishing white papers, documentation and video on most common used cases for RTA products
• Support the product development team on the elicitation of customer requirements
• Provide consulting at customers
• Support, coach and mentor FAE team members

• Master degree (or PhD) in an engineering discipline (e.g. computer science, control engineering/theory, electronics)
• Must be willing to travel to support the needs business units
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural skills
• Must have strong presentation and communication skills and feel comfortable in front of customers
• 5 years+ experience in area of embedded software
• Strong business analytical skills
• Experience in requirements engineering

• Experience of AUTOSAR would be a very strong advantage
