Die Zukunft mitgestalten: Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Standards zur optimierten Steuerung der Produktion
Ganzheitlich umsetzen: Identifikation von Verschwendungen in Produktions- und Verwaltungsbereichen
Zuverlässig umsetzen: Anwendung von Methoden des Lean Management, wie beispielsweise 5S, Visual Management, Prozessanalysen, Value Stream Mapping etc.

Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
Qualifikation: Erfahrungen mit Lean Management Methoden und sicherer im Umgang mit MS-Office. Erfahrungen mit Data Analytics (z.B. VBA, PowerBi) sind wünschenswert
Arbeitsweise: Strukturierte, analytische Vorgehensweise sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
Persönlichkeit: Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab

Start: Februar/ März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung

Dauer: 5 - 6 Monate
