- Du unterstützt den Projektleiter im Sondermaschinenbau für Projekte mit Umfängen auch > 1 Mio. EUR.
- Außerdem integrierst du dich in das Projektteam und führst selbstständig Projektaufgaben durch.
- Du analysierst Schwachstellen im Projektablauf.
- Du gestaltest im Rahmen der Digitalisierung von Projektmanagement-Tools aktiv mit:
- Bewerten von Prozessabläufen sowie Ableiten von Optimierungspotenziel
- Entwerfen von Konzepten zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Abläufe
- Erfassung von Optimierungsbedarfen aus Feedback von User und Koordination der Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Ausbildung: Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbares
- Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: Kontakt- und Teamfähigkeit, selbstständige, konstruktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: Analytisches Denkvermögen, sehr gute Kenntnisse in Anwenderprogrammen (MS-Office, Power-BI, Power-Autoamte), Programmierkenntnisse z.B. VBA von Vorteil
- Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
Beginn: ab Oktober 2026
Dauer: mindestens 3 Monate
