Im Rahmen Ihrer Promotion sind Sie für die Entwicklung von Testinhalten zur Charakterisierung inertialer MEMS auf Wafer-Ebene verantwortlich. Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst die Auslegung und Charakterisierung von inertialen MEMS-Testchips in Richtung Stiction und Robustheit. Zudem entwickeln Sie innovative Techniken und Ideen, die anschließend in reale Produkte übertragen werden können.
- Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über einen Masterabschluss mit sehr guten Noten in Physik, Elektrotechnik, Nachrichtentechnik, Software Engineering oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet.
- Erfahrung: Sie bringen Erfahrung mit FPGA-Systemen und -Tools mit, verfügen über einen Hintergrund in der Analogelektronik sowie über Erfahrung in Schaltungsdesign und Simulation (z. B. Ansys, Comsol o. Ä.).
- Kenntnisse: Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis elektrischer Messtechniken, verfügen über Programmierkenntnisse (erforderlich: C, Python, Matlab) und Kenntnisse im Bereich Halbleiter und MEMS.
- Persönlichkeit: Sie sind teamorientiert, arbeiten gerne in interdisziplinären Teams und zeichnen sich durch eine selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise aus.
- Sprachen: Sie verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch sowie in Deutsch (mindestens B2).
