Regional Manager - Sales Enablement

Bosch has been present in Malaysia since 1923, with offices and plants in Selangor and Penang. In Malaysia, Bosch is shaping and innovating the industry in all of it’s four business sectors - Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology.

• Lead change management initiatives, including cultural adoption and mindset shift across the region.
• Coordinate and deliver sales training programs, ensuring localization and relevance for country needs.
• Enable front-line teams through tailored training, coaching sessions, and practical tool/application.
• Drive adoption of new Go to Market(GTM) methodologies, tools, and processes by supporting teams through transitions.
• Develop and maintain regional enablement materials, including playbooks, guides, and communication packages.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and best-practice exchanges across countries and sales teams.
• Monitor enablement effectiveness and collect feedback to continuously improve training formats and content.
• Work closely with functional experts to ensure alignment of training with strategic priorities.
• Support onboarding of new hires with structured enablement journeys and foundational training.

• Strong experience in sales enablement, change management, and commercial capability building.
• Proven ability to deliver and localize training for diverse audiences across countries.
• Solid understanding of sales & marketing methodologies, tools, and commercial processes.
• Skilled in creating structured enablement materials, playbooks, and communication assets.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills across regional and local teams.
