• Implement sales activities to achieve FA sales target (i.e. Rev, IO, AR, Inventory, New Focus Customer, etc.).
• 开展销售活动以达成FA销售指标 (例如：销售额，订单，应收款，库存，新重点客户等等）。
• Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities of customers to ensure DC’s maximum share.
• 识别并抓住客户端的跨产品销售机会，确保DC的产品份额最大化。
• Understand and align BU profitable growth strategy (including application, product, pricing, after-market) to drive success in responsible area.
• 理解并协同执行与BU共同认可的盈利增长策略(包括应用，产品，定价，售后市场)以推动负责区域业务取得成功。
• Conduct thorough market analysis and stay abreast of customer trends to define business decisions.
• 进行深入的市场分析，了解客户发展趋势，以制订业务发展决策。
• Strengthening FA sales force via developing distribution network in the region to gain further market share .
• 通过发展分销网络增强FA销售力量，以赢得更多的市场份额.

• Education: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical automation or electrical automation control related.

教育背景： 本科以上学历，机械自动化或电气自动化控制相关专业。

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling of AE products，familiar with AE market, team leading experience preferred.

行业经验： 至少6年工厂自动化产品的销售经验,熟悉自动化产品的市场，具有团队管理经验优先。

• Strong self-motivation and high initiative to exploit new market

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

6.Product Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of factory automation products (AE etc.), their applications, and the technical aspects of the industry.

7. Ability to work under pressure and Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate and resolve complex business challenges.
