• Process Design: Developing and designing manufacturing processes
• Process Optimization: Continuously analyzing and evaluating existing processes
• Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to process performance
• Problem Solving: Investigating and troubleshooting process issues
• Continuous Improvement: Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects.
• Documentation: Creating and maintaining process documentation
• Training and Support: Providing training and support production to optimized processes.
• Ensuring all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.
• Project Management: Managing process improvement projects

Technical:

• Mastering the hot press of brake pad in depth.

(More than 5 years experience on brake pad hot press field)

• Manufacturing process knowledge
• Knowledge of the machinery and equipment
• Quality Control & Assurance
• Knowledge of Industrial engineering
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Knowledge of friction formulation
• SAP basic operation

Methodological:

• BPS basic
• P-FMEA and Control Plan/WI knowledge
• A3/PSS
• Developing and maintaining standard
• Data analysis and create report for process performance

Managerial:

• Project management
• Excellent communication and team work ability
• Lead process improvement
