- In die Praxis eintauchen: Kennenlernen der Prozesse in der Beschaffung inklusive der Kanbanabwicklung. Erstellen eines digitalen Handbuchs mit Zusatzfunktionen für die Beschaffung.
- Zuverlässig umsetzen: Know-how Sicherung und Digitalisierung in der Beschaffung
- Ganzheitlich umsetzen: Kennenlernen und Arbeiten mit neuen Programmen wie Confluence
- Ausbildung: Sie studieren vorzugsweise Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang und sind über die gesamte Dauer immatrikuliert
- Erfahrungen und Know-how: Sie haben idealerweise bereits Vorkenntnisse im Bereich der Logistik und erste Erfahrungen mit Content-Management-Programmen
- Qualifikation: Sie sind vertraut mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen
- Arbeitsweise: Sie zeichnen sich durch Eigeninitiative, Gewissenhaftigkeit und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise aus
- Persönlichkeit: Sie sind eine offene Person und gehen gerne auf andere Leute zu. Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab.
- Arbeitsalltag: 50% Anwesenheit sind wünschenswert
Beginn: ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung
Dauer: 10-15 Std./ Woche
