Twoja rola w #Uteam:
  • Kompleksowe zarządzanie projektami i portfelami projektów - definiowanie, planowanie, zarządzanie i monitorowanie budżetu, zakresu, harmonogramu, zasobów, ryzyka
  • Cykliczna praca z raportami projektowymi w celu kontroli postępów
  • Nawiązywanie dobrych relacji z klientami (zarządzanie otwartą komunikacją, kontrolowanie potencjalnego ryzyka, bycie pierwszym punktem eskalacji, zarządzanie oczekiwaniami klientów)
  • Koordynowanie pracy zespołów projektowych i dbanie o spójność przyjętej metodyce
  • Budowanie dobrze zorganizowanego zespołu, identyfikowanie potrzeb rekrutacyjnych
  • Wsparcie rozwoju biznesu poprzez odgrywanie aktywnej roli w przygotowywaniu ofert i w trakcie procesu negocjacji warunków współpracy

  • Posiadasz doświadczenie we wdrażaniu systemów e-commerce (najlepiej B2B)
  • Wyróżnia Cię solidny background techniczny, który pozwala Ci swobodnie współpracować z zespołami developerskimi
  • Rozumiesz cykl życia oprogramowania (SDLC) i potrafisz uwzględniać wymagania niefunkcjonalne (NFR), takie jak wydajność, bezpieczeństwo czy skalowalność, w codziennej pracy nad produktem
  • Koordynowałeś prace w ramach portfela projektów
  • Wiesz, jak przebiegają procesy zarządzania produktem, kategorią, e-commerce
  • Dobrze orientujesz się w branży IT i zasadach działania ekosystemów e-commerce
  • Bez problemu dogadasz się zarówno z klientem, jak i zespołem programistów
  • Znasz j. angielski i swobodnie komunikujesz się na poziomie biznesowym i technicznym (poziom B2/C1)
  • Masz doświadczenie w pracy z Jira i Confluence
  • Realizacja projektów w metodykach zwinnych nie ma przed Tobą tajemnic
  • Swobodnie korzystasz z narzędzi AI i jesteś na bieżąco z nowinkami z branży
  • Jesteś osobą proaktywną i samodzielną - bierzesz sprawy w swoje ręce i potrafisz aktywizować innych
