We're launching Bosta 4ward - a 4-month program designed for ambitious young talents who see Talent Acquisition as the field they want to grow in.

No prior experience? No problem. We'll teach you the fundamentals of recruitment and give you hands-on experience. What matters most is your energy, curiosity, communication skills, and willingness to learn.

You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition team, gain practical experience across different hiring functions, support real recruitment processes, and get an inside look at what it takes to build great teams.

Must-have

• Fresh graduate with 0-6 months of experience
• High energy - this is the single most important signal
• Eager to learn, ask questions, and take feedback
• Wants to add value, not just complete tasks
• Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
• Available full-time for the full 4 months, with no overlapping study or job commitments

Good to have

• Exposure to HR, recruitment, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Participation in student activities, volunteering, or club leadership
• HR-related courses or certifications
• Comfortable working on the phone and handling high call volumes
• Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
