Production Pharmacist Specialist

Job Purpose:

* Supervise day to day activities of the production process in the liquid Area with ensuring strict implementation of the GMP & HSE rules and fulfill the production plan

1. Supervising operators in liquid Area during the production process, assuring the process flow according to cGMP rules.

2. Coaching of the pharmacists and Supervisors

3. Responsible for new projects and Validation processes

4. Aligning with Quality team and engineering all the calibration and preventive maintenance activities in liquid Area

5. Ensure implementation of measures for fulfillment of liquids department weekly production plan.

6. Prevention of mix-up and cross contamination during manufacturing processes.

7. Updating / Creating SOPs.

8. Reporting any deviation occurring during manufacturing processes.

9. Training new operators on different operations.

10. Collection and Review of the batch manufacturing records.

11. Reporting any problems in utilities /machines during the production process

12. Assuring complied environmental monitoring to start manufacturing (differential pressures, temperature, and humidity) during the process.

13. Check cleaning, disinfecting and clearance of machines, utensils and rooms according to SOPs approved by the Quality Assurance Department.

14. Respect of company values, code of ethics and Social charter.

HSE & Energy Role:

1. Applying the machine safety checklist on regular basis.

2. Ergonomics training on regular basis. 3. Commitment to the appropriate PPE use
