- Support the Project Manager and drafting team throughout all phases of the project.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff as appropriate.
- Help maintain office standards, drawing standards, templates, and project documentation procedures.
- Ensure work complies with applicable building codes, zoning requirements, accessibility standards, and other regulations.
What You Bring to the Team

- 5+ years of direct professional experience in architectural glazing, curtain wall detailing, or building envelope manufacturing.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial glazing systems (unitized/stick curtain wall, window wall, skylights, interior glass, metal panels), rainscreen principles, thermal performance, and air/water barrier integration.

- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written technical communication skills for liaising with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and shop personnel.
