WHY BOX NEEDS YOU
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to join our Marketing Technology team and help build the systems, processes, and data foundation that power modern go-to-market execution.
In this role, you will design and scale the data, automation, and technology capabilities that enable more effective marketing and GTM programs. You will build reliable workflows that improve data quality, connect systems, streamline operations, and turn insights into timely action across the customer lifecycle.
You will also help implement AI-powered solutions using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, including agents that improve research, automation, personalization, and team productivity.
You will partner closely with Enterprise Systems, Data Science, Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, automated GTM solutions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Design and implement automated GTM orchestrations across systems, including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and data providers.
Build and optimize enrichment workflows that improve the accuracy, completeness, freshness, and usability of marketing and prospect data.
Identify opportunities to apply AI to marketing and GTM processes using platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.
Establish appropriate governance, documentation, and quality standards for AI-enabled workflows.
Stay current on emerging GTM engineering practices, AI capabilities, data providers, and automation tools.
WHO YOU ARE

7+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, sales operations, GTM engineering, business systems, data operations, or a related field.
Hands-on experience designing and building workflows, automations, integrations, APIs, webhooks, or data processes across GTM systems.
Experience implementing and managing Clay, enrichment platforms, automation tools, or similar technologies.
Proven experience working with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or comparable generative AI platforms.
Demonstrated experience building, testing, or deploying AI agents, assistants, or automated workflows through these platforms.
Strong understanding of CRM data models, marketing automation, lead and account management, and go-to-market processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate ambiguous business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail, particularly around data quality, process reliability, and AI output quality.
Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

$146,500—$170,000 USD
