Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad
Experience: 8–12 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 Days Work From Office
Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow, JavaScript, ITSM or ITOM
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ServiceNow development and implementation activities.
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript.
Work on ITSM or ITOM modules based on project requirements.
Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, and script includes.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize platform performance, and follow development best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
Required Skills:
8–12 years of relevant IT experience.
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience in ITSM or ITOM modules.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience leading technical activities or mentoring team members.
