About the role
Reliable business systems and ERP platforms are critical to Bradken's operations. As an IT Support Analyst, you will serve as a key link between business users and technology solutions, providing support across enterprise applications, ERP systems, and core business technologies.
This role goes beyond traditional IT support and offers the opportunity to develop expertise in business systems, process improvement, and application analysis. Working closely with business stakeholders, systems analysts, and technical specialists, you'll investigate system issues, support ERP and business applications, participate in testing and change initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of Bradken's technology landscape.
This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career toward Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or ERP Analyst roles in the future.
Please note: This is a fully bilingual role (English and Spanish) supporting both local and global stakeholders.

In this role, you will:
Provide first and second-level support for ERP systems, business applications, and enterprise technology platforms.
Investigate, analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents, ensuring issues are documented, communicated, and resolved effectively.
Act as a key liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors to identify and resolve system and process-related issues.
Support users with ERP transactions, reporting, workflows, integrations, and business application functionality.
Assist with requirements gathering, problem analysis, business process reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate in application testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, enhancements, and change management activities.
Maintain system documentation, knowledge articles, support procedures, and training materials.
Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions that improve system reliability and user experience.
Collaborate with Systems Analysts and business stakeholders on technology projects and operational improvement initiatives.
Support user access management, system configuration changes, and application administration activities.
What you’ll bring:
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or enterprise software environments.
Demonstrated experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving application or systems-related issues.
Strong understanding of incident management, root cause analysis, and user support processes.
Experience working directly with business users to understand requirements and resolve operational challenges.
Professional working proficiency in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to issue resolution.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have progressed beyond traditional service desk or desktop support roles and have experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or enterprise software platforms.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in developing a career pathway toward Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or ERP Analyst positions.
Please note: This role is based in Chilca, Peru. We are seeking applicants who are currently based in the area or willing to commute daily. Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for success in this role.
