Sales Manager
A well-established Ohio-based building materials supplier, serving contractors across multiple states for over 70 years, is hiring a Sales Manager to lead its Cincinnati sales team.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop the outside sales team, setting goals and providing ongoing coaching
Drive sales strategy and execution across the Cincinnati market
Maintain and grow relationships with key builder, contractor, and architect accounts
Partner with leadership on pricing, forecasting, and territory planning
Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance management of sales staff
What You Bring
5-10 years of sales leadership experience in the building materials industry
Proven track record managing and growing a sales team
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and execute sales strategy in a competitive market
