IT Support Engineer

We are seeking an IT Executive to provide end-user IT support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist in maintaining IT infrastructure and systems. The role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong Microsoft 365 administration skills, and excellent English communication abilities to coordinate effectively with international stakeholders and support a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support and resolve hardware, software, and system-related issues.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure timely resolution of IT support requests.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, user accounts, and related services.
• Assist in maintaining network connectivity, IT infrastructure, and organizational systems.
• Diagnose and resolve basic networking and infrastructure-related issues.
• Communicate technical issues, resolutions, and updates clearly to international stakeholders.
• Participate in meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to address IT-related requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support records, and reports.
• Ensure effective IT service delivery while maintaining professionalism in a client-facing environment.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in IT support or a related role.
• Hands-on experience in end-user IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, networking, and IT infrastructure support.
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders, participate in meetings, and prepare technical documentation and reports in English.
• Good interpersonal skills, professional communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage IT support responsibilities in a client-facing environment.
