THE OPPORTUNITY

BranchLab is looking for a Brand & Marketing Designer to help build, scale, and evolve the visual identity of the company across brand, marketing, sales, and client experience.

This person will work closely with the Creative Director, UX & Brand, the VP of Marketing, Sales, Product, and leadership to create high-quality visual materials that support BranchLab’s growth, market presence, and personalized client experience strategy.

This role is ideal for a highly creative, collaborative, and organized designer who can move quickly, think conceptually, and execute with polish. The right person enjoys bringing new ideas to the table, exploring multiple design directions, and seeing their work make a direct impact on brand perception, marketing campaigns, sales conversations, and client engagement.

The Brand & Marketing Designer will support both traditional marketing design needs and the development of BranchLab DNA, our personalized client experience system for priority accounts. This includes scalable brand guidelines, presentation systems, sales materials, event assets, motion graphics, website support, and account-specific visual storytelling.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Identity System

· Help expand and maintain the BranchLab visual identity across marketing, sales, digital, and client-facing materials.

· Support the development of scalable brand guidelines, including typography, color, imagery, iconography, layout, motion, and visual storytelling principles.

· Create design systems and reusable assets that allow the company to move faster while maintaining consistency and quality.

· Ensure all materials feel polished, thoughtful, differentiated, and aligned with BranchLab’s brand standards.

· Bring fresh creative ideas and visual concepts that help set BranchLab apart in the market.

Marketing Design

· Design marketing assets across campaigns, social media, events, digital channels, and internal initiatives.

· Partner with the VP of Marketing to support ongoing marketing priorities, campaign needs, and growth initiatives.

· Create display ads, campaign graphics, website visuals, landing page assets, event materials, and other marketing deliverables.

· Translate marketing strategy into clear, compelling, and visually engaging creative.

· Develop materials that support demand generation, brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue growth.

Sales & Client-Facing Materials

· Design high-quality sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, leave-behinds, client presentations, and executive-ready materials.

· Build scalable Microsoft PowerPoint templates and presentation systems that can be adapted across sales, leadership, marketing, and client conversations.

· Create account-specific visual materials that help priority customers feel understood and engaged.

· Support tailored client narratives through strong layout, information design, and visual storytelling.

· Make complex ideas, data, and product value easier to understand and more compelling to present.

BranchLab DNA Support

· Help develop account-specific design extensions, pitch systems, onboarding materials, and visual storytelling frameworks.

· Create assets that connect BranchLab’s brand, sales narrative, marketing presence, and client experience.

· Contribute to systems that allow personalized work to scale without becoming inconsistent or overly manual.

· Help establish clear guardrails for what can be customized by account and what should remain consistent within the BranchLab identity.

Multimedia, Motion & Video

· Create motion graphics, lightweight animations, and short-form video assets where appropriate.

· Support minor video editing and post-production needs for marketing, social, sales, events, or internal communications.

· Help bring BranchLab’s story to life through dynamic visual formats.

· Collaborate with external multimedia vendors when needed to ensure work aligns with BranchLab’s quality standards and brand direction.

· Explore new ways to use motion, video, and interactive formats to improve storytelling and engagement.

Templates, Systems & Asset Management

· Build reusable design templates for marketing, sales, presentations, events, and recurring business needs.

· Explore AI-assisted workflows for faster iteration across marketing, sales, presentations, social, event materials, and client-specific assets.

· Develop reusable prompts, creative systems, and template approaches that help Marketing and Sales produce custom assets more efficiently.

· Stay curious about emerging AI tools and proactively identify ways they can improve BranchLab’s creative speed, quality, and scalability.

· Balance AI efficiency with thoughtful human design direction, ensuring all final work feels polished, intentional, and aligned with the BranchLab brand.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Work closely with the Creative Director, UX & Brand on design direction, brand standards, and creative execution.

· Collaborate regularly with the VP of Marketing on campaign, content, brand, and growth needs.

· Partner with Sales to create effective client-facing materials.

· Collaborate with Product when brand, product storytelling, platform visuals, or client experience overlap.

· Communicate clearly, manage feedback well, and work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

· Familiarity with AI creative tools and a strong interest in using AI to improve creative workflows, experimentation, and output quality.

· Strong understanding of visual storytelling and how design can clarify complex ideas and make a brand more memorable.

· Ability to work quickly, explore multiple directions, and iterate based on feedback.

· Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced startup environment.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with marketing, sales, product, and senior leadership.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, curious, and comfortable touching a wide range of creative materials, including website visuals, sales collateral, marketing campaigns, presentations, swag, motion, and client-facing assets.
