  • Completes authorized inventory adjustments, issues, and transfers within assigned ERP permissions and approval procedures. Maintains supporting documentation.
  • Reconciles inventory movements between warehouses and coordinates resolution of transfer and allocation discrepancies.
  • Reviews SKU, label, and location information for inconsistencies and coordinates approved corrections with the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborates with warehouse and Order Processing teams to resolve inventory-related fulfillment issues within assigned authority.
  • Creates and affixes labels, organizes stock, and performs putaway and replenishment while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Identifies and documents damaged inventory and researches its impact on stock availability and allocations.
  • Supports returns, inventory relocations, and cleanup projects by validating items, quantities, condition, and locations.
  • Tracks open inventory issues through resolution and recommends improvements to address recurring problems.
  • Adheres to warehouse safety requirements and complies with company policies and inventory control procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Complies with all company standards as outlined in the employee handbook.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role involving inventory reconciliation and ERP transaction processing.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently research inventory discrepancies and trace receipts, transfers, issues, adjustments, and order allocations through an ERP system.
  • Experience completing inventory transactions with appropriate documentation and approvals. Acumatica experience preferred; comparable ERP experience accepted.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, and comparing inventory data.
  • Experience with physical counts, SKU verification, stock organization, and warehouse inventory movements.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to communicate findings clearly across departments.
  • Ability to balance scheduled inventory work with urgent discrepancies and follow issues through to resolution.
  • Experience with inventory across multiple warehouse locations or connected e-commerce platforms preferred.
