Key purpose of the Job
The Intern - Industrial Engineering (Front End Innovation) , you will be reporting to the Manager - Industrial Engineering of the SBU. You will support and contribute to the Industrial Engineering function through garment costing, cost engineering during development stages, and innovation sample room operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in front-end costing and feasibility analysis for new styles.
Support the Industrial Engineering team in preparing SMV (Standard Minute Value) and operation breakdowns.
Work closely with merchandising, development, and production teams to validate cost assumptions.
Support the innovation sample room operations through the planning functions
Education
Graduate/Undergraduate in Physical science or A/L qualified with mathematical stream
Experience
A dynamic, self-motivated individual, willing to take up challenges.
Being methodical and good at prioritizing work under demanding circumstances
