Key purpose of the Job
The Senior Merchandiser - Product Development leads product execution by forecasting orders, managing sample development, costing, customer negotiations, and coordinating with teams to meet topline, profitability, on-time delivery, and customer return index targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop PD Merchandising objectives and action plans for assigned categories.
- Drive Sample Development On-Time Delivery (OTD) and profitability with SBU/Corporate teams and CFTs.
- Manage customer/buying house relationships to deliver product development and Customer Relationship Index (CRI).
- Lead Development Merchandisers to achieve objectives.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing or Clothing Technology or Business Administration or Marketing.
Experience
Candidates should have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in Merchandising.
